Restaurants, Bar and Outdoor
Stella's.
A kitchen that prefers patience to fanfare.
Open to in-house guests 24/7

The room
Stella's is a long, low-lit room where the warm woods of the lobby give way to brass, ironstone, and the smell of woodsmoke. The kitchen draws from the local market and works slowly: pepper soups built across a morning, jollof finished over an open flame, and a curated list of continental and local dishes that meet your palate.
